You are Welcome to Join Our Steering Committee:
Join our steering committee! Our steering committee meets every 2 months in person usually in Pleasanton, California, or by conference call. The schedule is below. We still need volunteers to fill many roles. If you are interested, please contact our team managers.
Face to face meetings, Saturdays at 10 a.m.: 9/15, 1/6, 3/1, 5/3
(Remember if you can’t make it in person, you can call in but please let Cathy know in advance so we are prepared)
Conference Call meetings, Mondays at 8 p.m.: 8/6, 10/1, 11/5, 12/3, 2/4, 4/7, 6/2
Team Co-Managers:
Cathy Olmo and Belinda Sullivan have come forward to offer to be co-managers for Team Nor Cal in 2008!! Thank you Cathy and Belinda!
Belinda Sullivan, who is new to the Bay Area, was previously an NKF employee and team manager for Team Colorado. She comes with extensive experience with and enthusiasm for the Games, and experience with volunteers, outreach, marketing and PR, non-profit work, and program/event coordination.
Cathy Olmo is the volunteer coordinator for California Transplant Donor Network. Cathy is also the mother of Kelly, a liver recipient. Cathy is wonderful, organized, reliable, energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate.
We all applaud you both for coming forward on this.
